Dynamics 365 Marketing – Customer Voice Survey Not Appearing In Emails?

If you've been using Dynamics 365 for Marketing to send out surveys, you may have noticed that the survey button vanishes when you receive the email.

Although it may be obvious, you must include the survey in the Email Elements section of the customer journey.

Here is our marketing email with the Survey we chose…

In my customer journey I add my email, open the email elements, and add the same survey being used in the email.

When I receive the email from my customer journey I will now see the button every time.
