When creating Marketing Emails you have to make sure you include a subscription centre and a physical address but what if you have multiple brands/offices that don’t use the same address? This issue can be resolved by creating multiple Content Settings records.
First of all you need to create a new content settings record. Navigate to Content Settings, click New and add your details. If you’re using the same Subscription centre then you can copy the value from the default record.
After making your record live you can start testing the Content Settings. When you Test Send a Marketing email you have the option to change the Test content settings. The physical address and subscription centre mappings will be taken from the record you select.
When you are happy with your Marketing Emails and you want to send them with your new content settings then you need to create a Customer Journey, navigate to the General tab and you can change the Content Setting using the Content settings field.
